The Adelphi Company is one of the most trusted companies that manufactures cabinets for kitchen. It all began as a partnership between Paul and Nicholas Yatron in 1946 and it was first named Yatron Brothers. The other two brothers, Stratton and Harry, joined the business a year later. The funny thing is that they started everything in a garage. In a short time, another garage was added. Those two garages served as a factory, warehouse and sales room. By 1962, the partners owned a 40 000 square foot factory in Pennsylvania.

Yatron Brothers set up a kitchen dealer network quickly. This is the moment when they changed the name of the company in Adelphi Kitchens, and that’s when Adelphi kitchen cabinets were born. In the present, the company owns over 220 dealers, some of them dating from as far back as the 60s. The whole factory is able to produce about sixty kitchens a week, having a staff of 120 people.

The Adelphi Company produces 2 types of kitchen cabinetry. One of them is sold under the Adelphi brand name and the traditional American method of construction is used. This type of cabinet is made from solid wood and it provides you the possibility of choosing from a few different overlays for the doors: full, marginal, beaded or standard.

The second type of cabinet the company produces is sold under the name of Ridgewood and Whitebrier & Woodbrier. Both brands have cabinets with full overlay and concealed hinges. They also have good grained melamine that is available in a large variety of wood exteriors.

The Adelphi Company finishes its cabinets in order to please its customers: their cabients provide durability and strength, they are mar resistant to make sure their beauty is preserved over the years. There are several colors to choose from.
As long as you know that the company from where you buy your kitchen cabinets is trusted by many people, you will be able to enjoy the beauty and the strength of a wood cabinet for many years.
